Pray for new Christians among the Mandyak.  Pray that they would be strong in their new faith, especially as they face persecution from family and friends.

Pray for the Engaging Churches who are taking the Gospel to the Mandyak.  Pray that they would be bold in walking through the doors God opens.

In Senegal, half of the Mandyak live in the Dakar area, the others are in southern Senegal in the Casamance Region.  An Engaging Church has recently begun working with the Mandyak in Senegal and have seem a responsiveness to the Gospel.  They plan to also engage the Mandyak of Guinea-Bissau and The Gambia.  There is a radio program for the Mandyak in The Gambia.  There are portions of the New Testament as well.  The Mandyak believers in The Gambia have a reputation for being strong in their faith.
